3UQAD / عُقَد is a group of artists, technologists, and researchers putting their efforts together to grow a space for collaboration, learning, and exchange across the SWANA region and beyond.

In the regional context where separation has become ordinary, due to borders, distance, wars, and time. These factors all work together to disperse diasporas from their communities even further.

In this context… we explore decentralized digital infrastructures such as open-source tools, self-hosted servers, shared learning platforms, and community-owned archives…. These become not only technical experiments, but artistic and cultural ones. They allow us to practice autonomy, to resist extractive platforms and organizations, and to shape new ways of gathering, publishing, and understanding one another.
